Before one can grasp Cover Your Assets, LLC [CYA] philosophy, one must understand how CYA defines assets. CYA defines assets as; an organization's people, equipment or property. These assets utilized are subject to scrutiny by outside parties or where the organization is responsible to someone or for some action for which they are being held accountable or answerable.

Each organization has a responsibility to a particular burden or obligation, upon one who is holding a position of authority. The office one holds within an organization also bears responsibility for adhering to a code of conduct that is accepted as respectable for the office held.

CYA's founder is a retired Commander in law enforcement having real world experience coupled with a strong knowledge and competency in the use of technology in public safety. With this foundation CYA's service offerings were developed.
